What Can I Do Inside the PRowl Support Centre?

Now that you are registered within our Marketing Hotline System, you can: 

1. Update your personal profile

Click on the drop down arrow beside your name in the top right of the screen. Add a photo, fill in the information in the handy form. 

2. Add a support ticket

This area is used if you are an existing client of PRowl Communications, Connecting Niagara or Card Encounter. 

Click on Add a Ticket - you will need an account to use the support ticketing system. If you do not have an account, create by clicking on New User.  Once inside change the department to PRowl Support and complete the form describing the problem or concern you are experiencing. Click Submit when complete. This will send our team an email informing us of your issue. We will get back to you promptly. 

3. View Your Ticket History

This will allow you to view previous tickets, know their status and solutions. 

4. Visit Our Knowledge Base 

Here you will find helpful articles, ebooks, documents and online courses as well as answers to popular questions asked by our clients and others. You will also find product knowledge for the products we sell and service.   Check back often as this will continually be updated. This area is public to everyone. 

5. Use the Community Forum 

Here you can ask questions, suggest ideas, discuss problems with others in our community. This area is moderated and will grow as we add members to the community. While you can view the articles and discussions in the community forum, you will need to create an account to participate.
