How To Sync Google Calendar with Zoho Mail Calendar
đź”— Sync Google Calendar with Zoho Mail Calendar
Zoho Calendar allows you to add and manage your Google Calendar events directly from your Zoho Mail account. Here’s how to set it up:
Step 1: Log in to Zoho Mail

Go to Zoho Mail and sign in with your Zoho account.

In the top-right corner, click the calendar icon to open Zoho Calendar.
Step 2: Go to Calendar Settings

In Zoho Calendar, click the gear (⚙️) icon for settings.

Select Calendar > Calendar Accounts.
Step 3: Add Google Account

Under Calendar Accounts, click Add Account.

Choose Google as the account type.

A Google sign-in window will open. Log in with the Google account you want to sync.

Allow Zoho the necessary permissions (access to view and manage your calendars).
Step 4: Configure Sync Options

Once authenticated, your Google Calendar will be linked.

You can choose two-way sync (changes in Zoho update Google, and vice versa) or one-way sync (view Google Calendar in Zoho, but changes only update in one place).

Select which calendars from your Google account you’d like to sync with Zoho.
Step 5: Save and Refresh

Click Save.

Zoho Calendar will now fetch your Google events.

It may take a few minutes for the first sync to complete.

You’ll see your Google Calendar(s) listed under My Calendars in Zoho.
âś… Notes & Tips

If you want real-time sync, keep the Google account connected. If disconnected, Zoho will no longer pull new events.

You can add, edit, or delete events in Zoho Calendar, and they will sync back to Google if you enabled two-way sync.

If events don’t appear immediately, click Refresh in Zoho Calendar.
